SUMMARY:Coopers’ Cask Race 2026
DESCRIPTION:Now in its fifth year\, the Coopers’ Cask Race has become recognised as the City’s premier sporting event. Teams of four from livery companies\, ward clubs\, civic bodies\, and corporate sponsors compete in a fast-paced contest of strength\, skill\, and teamwork\, rolling full-sized casks across the cobbles of Guildhall Yard in pursuit of the championship title. \nThe race combines tradition\, rivalry\, and fellowship in one of the most spirited occasions of the livery year. Alongside the main competition\, children are invited to take part in the popular Mini Coopers Race\, rolling smaller casks (pins) in a safe and family-friendly contest. \nFurther details and registration are available at www.caskrace.com
