Regulation of Livery Companies and Guilds

The Court of Aldermen of the City of London regulates Livery Companies and Guilds in terms of the granting of new Guilds, Companies without livery and Livery Companies. The Court also approves the ordinances and bylaws of each company or guild as part of the granting process; this includes guidance on the conduct and location of official company business.
