The Square Mile’s ERGs and diversity networks join the Lady Mayor’s Show

Last Updated on 15/10/2025

Just like last year, Employee Resource Groups and diversity networks in the Square Mile will join the Lady Mayor’s Show, as part of the City Belonging Project.

Siobhan Harley, Election Engagement Manager at the City of London Corporation explains:

“This year, Dame Susan Langley will be the first person to take the title of Lady Mayor – and we’re excited to join her parade on Saturday 8th November.

Last year, 75 of you joined us for the first time, marching the historic route and enjoying an unforgettable day. With 350,000 spectators and live BBC coverage, the Show is one of the City’s most high-profile opportunities to showcase your network and your firm’s commitment to inclusion.

Each network can nominate two people, with a £75 fee per person to cover the entry fee and placard printing. If this fee represents a barrier to your participation, please don’t hesitate to let us know and we will do whatever we can to help. Spaces are limited, so we encourage you to register your interest as soon as possible and email a high-resolution version of your logo to belonging@cityoflondon.gov.uk. The deadline to secure your spot is Friday, 24 October. For any questions, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

We hope you will join us in celebrating this historic occasion and highlighting the diversity that strengthens the City.”
