The Lady Mayoress’s Sleep Out 2025

Trade your cosy, warm bed for a night and join the Lady Mayoress and Lord Mayor (travel plans permitting) at our Sleep Out. Launched by Amanda Keaveny in 2022, this event offers a glimpse into the reality of sleeping rough while raising awareness of homelessness in the City and supporting two fantastic charitable causes.
50% of net proceeds from the event will go to The Lord Mayor’s Appeal partner charity Homewards, a five-year Royal Foundation programme bringing together organisations and individuals to find local solutions to homelessness. The 50% balance of net proceeds will be donated to The Pret Foundation who tackle hunger, poverty and homelessness in communities local to Pret shops in the UK and around the world.
The registration fee is £25 and minimum sponsorship target is £300 excluding Gift Aid. Hot drinks and breakfast will be provided for all sleepers by Pret A Manger. Participants will need to bring their own sleeping bags, cardboard, waterproofs, water bottles etc.
