Livery Vigil – Livery Prayer Vigil 4th February 2025

There will be a Livery Prayer Vigil on Tuesday 4 February 2025 at St James Garlickhythe, London EC4V 2AF, between 3.30 and 5.30 pm, organised by WC Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (WCCSA).

The thinking behind it is that, in common with society at large, the Livery has members troubled by illness, bereavement, worries about jobs and families, financial troubles – to name a few of life’s difficulties. Not to mention the state of the world and national concerns that should worry us all. This prayer vigil is intended as a Livery contribution to spiritual, social and personal well-being, with an emphasis on low-key, quiet prayer and meditation. The vigil has been designed to facilitate easy drop-in for anyone who wishes to participate.

Rev Andy Rider, WCCSA Company Chaplain, will Preside, with six 15- 20 minute focused sessions, each with a different format, led by an experienced prayer leader.
