The City Belonging Project has announced its 2026 Pride in the Square Mile calendar of events, offering more than 60 opportunities to celebrate Pride Month in the City.
Highlights include:
- 1 June and every June Friday: Pride month opening celebration at St Mary Le Bow, where the famous bells will ring out Pride anthems every Friday in June.
- 1 June – 30 June: LGBTQ+ history walking tours offered every working day at 5:30 p.m., with free tours available on Mondays and Fridays.
- 9 June – 7 July: Discover Queer60s, a Barbican season of LGBTQ+ cinema in the decade before Stonewall.
- 18 June: Guildhall Pride Flag Raising and Reception featuring drag queens and kings, a DJ set, and professionals from across the City.
- 1 July: Pride on the Plaza, a full-day celebration of LGBTQ+ life in the City – bringing together talks, guided walks, live performances, community stalls, and an after-party for City workers, allies, and visitors.
- 3 July: National Police LGBT+ Gala Dinner and Awards evening in partnership with City businesses to kick off London’s Pride weekend.
