Final Justice for All event set for Monday 29th June

The fifth and final event in the Justice for All series, Financing Justice, will take place on Monday 29 June at the historic Old Bailey.

This concluding session will draw on Sir Brian Leveson’s Independent Review of Criminal Courts, examining opportunities to improve operational efficiency across the justice system, alongside practical approaches to reform and long-term system resilience.

The event will explore the role of finance in enabling justice, considering social impact investment and other funding mechanisms that can support both state and third-sector justice interventions. The keynote address will be delivered by Sir Brian Leveson.

The panel discussion will be moderated by Julie Etchingham and will feature:

  • Simon Bond, Board Member and Lead Expert, Impact Investing Institute,
  • Heather Davenport, Head of Impact Capital Function (Impact Investing and Philanthropic Capital), UK Office for Investment,
  • David Gauke, Chair of the Independent Sentencing Review and former Justice and Treasury Minister, and
  • James Palmer CBE, Chair of Legal Services for TheCityUK.

The sponsor’s address will be given by Bryn Jones, manager of the ethical bond fund at Rathbones.

Members of the Livery and guests are warmly invited to attend. Registration can be completed via the event booking link.

The organisers look forward to welcoming attendees on 29 June.
