City Giving Day

Organised by The Lord Mayor’s Appeal, City Giving Day is an annual celebration of philanthropy and community spirit. It offers organisations a chance to showcase the incredible work they do to support local communities and charity partners.
The day kicks off with a photocall in Guildhall Yard, where the Lord Mayor, Lady Mayoress, Sheriffs, and Aldermen will join representatives from participating organisations. From there, the Lord Mayor’s team will visit various sites to see how each organisation is celebrating the day.
There are also a number of events to sign up for (all funds raised will go to The Lord Mayor’s Appeal to benefit its charity partners – Homewards, A Royal Foundation programme and MQ Mental Health Research):

– Quiz Night
