The Livery Food Initiative has produced an update on its progress. It describes what has been achieved and how this has been celebrated.
It also emphasises the ever increasing need, and what the Livery Food Initiative is planning to do about it. In November they will be publishing their first impact report and then, in December, will launch their plans for the second year of this three year initiative. The Livery Food Initiative will be asking Livery Charities to donate towards the costs of a bigger, more efficient truck; they will be asking Livery Companies to help source food from around the country; and they will be asking Livery Charities what else they are doing in this area so that all Livery endeavors can be reflected in a bigger collective impact.
